Thanks for shopping with SimonPrints3D. We want you to be completely happy with your order, but if something isn't right, we are here to help.
14-Day Return Window
For all standard catalogue items, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and safely repackaged in its original packaging so it isn't damaged on its journey back. Please have your order number or order confirmation email handy.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at simonprints3d@gmx.co.uk or send a message through our Contact page with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or broken in transit back to us.

Please get in touch with us before posting anything back, as packages returned without prior notice cannot be accepted.
Damaged in Transit or Faulty Prints
We take great care in packing delicate skulls and specimens, but if your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know right away. Send a quick photo of the packaging and item to simonprints3d@gmx.co.uk so we can look into it and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Custom & Made-to-Order Exceptions
Because bespoke pieces and custom models are designed or printed specifically to individual specifications, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on bespoke orders or custom sizing requests unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
The quickest way to arrange an exchange is to request a return for your original piece. Once that is sorted, you can place a new order on the store for the specimen or size you would like instead.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item arrives back at our workshop and is inspected, we will drop you an email to confirm. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to clear the funds.
